Charles joined Tullow Ghana Limited in 2013. He is responsible for management of Tullow Oil Plc’s most important assets – production of oil and gas from Ghana’s Jubilee and Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme (TEN) Fields.
Prior to Tullow, Charles started his career in the public sector as an electrical engineer with The Volta River Authority. He was appointed Chief Executive of GRIDCo in 2009. In his four years at the helm of GRIDCo, Charles led the team to consolidate the newly established GRIDCo and took steps to improve the operation and management of the Transmissions grid in Ghana.
He is a graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he obtained a BSc in Electrical Engineering in 1982. He also attended Harvard University where he obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers.
