Aneth Kasebele

Policy & Ecosystem Development Associate, BFA

Aneth is an Associate in Policy and Ecosystem Development with BFA. She is an international development specialist with a focus on inclusive finance in emerging markets. She currently manages the RegTech for Regulators Accelerator Program, a structured program that partners with financial authorities and technologists to pioneer the next generation of tools for financial supervision and regulation.

Prior to BFA, Aneth worked as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting Limited in East Africa and Analysis Group, Inc. in Boston. During these years Aneth served public and private sectors clients across multiple sectors including financial services, telecommunications and healthcare. Specifically, she supported strategic and business financial planning development for banks in Tanzania and facilitated capacity building and performance transformation interventions for governments and non-profits organizations across East Africa.

Aneth is passionate about creating opportunities and supporting youth development in Africa. She supports the United World Colleges mission, serving as a member to the Tanzania national committee.

A Tanzanian national, Aneth holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
